Valentina--Senior Portraits

When Valentina and I discussed her senior portraits, it was really a no brainer when it came to the location-Capitola was the perfect backdrop. Valentina is a true California girl, so this just oozed her style. It was such a laid-back day and the session really reflected that. 

The sea breeze, bare feet, and salt air in our hair made for such an incredible day!

 

Audrianna--Life

One of the many perks of being in a big family would have to be unlimited photography practice. My siblings are always up for a quick session- it’s fun being able to watch them express themselves and I love being there to capture it!

I found this big tutu and thought that it would be the perfect addition to a mega-girly session with my little sister, Audrianna. I had packed multiple outfits because I would rather have too many outfits to choose from than not enough. Well, once she set her eyes on this big frilly tutu, the rest of the outfits were history. She wanted to keep the tutu on all night, even after taking photos- to be honest, I don’t blame her! 

 

Braxton--Life

I was so happy to photograph Braxton right after his first birthday. What an honor!

His mom had some props to use from his circus themed party. They were so amazing and made for such a fun, light-hearted shoot. I had such a great time shooting these pictures and Braxton was the perfect little model. And those eyes?! So beautiful! 

Childrens photography may be my new favorite!
